I negotiate, review, and draft a wide range of contracts, purchase agreements, and operating agreements for emerging companies. My goal is to conduct comprehensive legal analyses and provide practical legal advice that comports with the strategic business goals of my clients.
This often goes beyond legal advice. I also seek to add value by advising clients on the various negotiation and persuasion techniques they could use to advance their business interests, create strategic collaborations, and resolve frustrating conflicts, both internal and external.
A significant part of the general corporate work I do consists of creating intellectual property strategies for startups, which includes the acquisition of trademarks and copyrights to protect their IP.
